～Global Business Experience by Kubota～

The University of Tokyo Global Internship Program (UGIP) enables students to experience the front lines of business, developing global human resources capable of working worldwide. The program aims to contribute to the globalization of the University of Tokyo by placing internship students at host companies.

Theme of the 2024 Implementation Project:
“Proposing Solutions to Food Problems 100 Years from Now
～Creating a sustainable future from the fields of food, water, and the environment”.
Participants will visit Kubota’s global network in Thailand and also its domestic R&D center and factories. These sites continue to contribute to solving social issues on a global scale and support the future of the earth and its people. Participants will take on the challenge of solving these issues as a team. Additionally, through their participation in the entire program, participants will have the opportunity to further promote the globalization of the University of Tokyo.
